Questions about credits
Do credits expire?
Unused credits roll over for one billing cycle. So if you don't use all your credits this month, they'll still be available next month. After that, unused credits from two months ago will expire. This keeps things fair while giving you flexibility.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get the difference in credits immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?
No worries — you can always buy additional credit packs. A pack of 50 credits is available for just €4.99. You can buy as many packs as you need, and they never expire as long as your account is active.
